National German TV Show needs to hire video crew in St Louis and hires St. Louis Video Crews to shoot and produce main segment.
German Science TV Show Gallileo, an International broadcaster, was looking for a film crew and hired St. Louis Video Crews to shoot interviews and location footage for a television episode on the inventor of the Billy Bob teeth, located in Hardin Illinois.
St. Louis Video Crews provided a local producer that helped set up a date and time for the interview. "Helping international broadcasters is what we do," said Jana MacChesney, Producer Video Crew St Louis. We interfaced with the interview subject in Hardin Illinois, and arranged for a smooth day of footage.
The interview subject was the inventor of the gag Billy Bob teeth. He made millions of dollars over several decades selling the teeth as novelty items and now, in addition to the original teeth, sells cosmetic teeth meant to correct for missing or crooked teeth.
Hiring St Louis Video Crews provided the Gallileo TV show with immediate local expertise, plus exactly what they needed for the interview: LED lighting, a fluid-head tripod, professional broadcast quality SONY wireless lavaliere microphones and a film crew outfitted with the flagship SONY FX9 4:2:2 4K camera. Also provided were prime lenses, and a Fujinon Cine zoom, as well as a Producer to film onsite. Interviews were conducted at the subject's office, product shots were taken, and in the afternoon the crew went to the interview subject's large home that featured a zoo of exotic animals, including a bear and bobcats.
The footage was ingested, sorted and then uploaded via FTP to Germany by Video Crew St Louis so editing could begin as quickly as possible. The large 4K files were also placed onto a hard drive and then shipped internationally. Galileo airs nationally in Germany on ProSieben (Pro Seven).
